At the top, root washing with Philippe a little while ago now. Isn't it interesting how all the roots turn out to be different colours. All the plants have a second hidden personality. I ended up moving to London. There's a picture of my nice bright new room.
Neil Gaiman gave a funny and interesting talk the other day. http://vimeo.com/42372767
I watched this on the train to work. Advice like this always seems simple but sometimes I worry people like him are actually just being very humble or perhaps partly just very lucky.
Also at New Cross station on the way back home I saw two baby foxes playing by the tracks.

From Marin Headlands last month. There were also baby seals on the beach, bobcats, artists in mustard yellow jumpers, my first meatloaf in the hostel there and a door to the tunnel to the lighthouse that was always locked.
I loved those graphite rubbings on the floor by Zachary Scholz (I think) at the headlands center for the arts.
